elcarohw As it seems, this band has been like many others before them to be influenced by what i call the Gothenburg sound of Death Metal (In Flames, At The Gates) just to name a few, they manage to add there on spin on the genre by intertwining a bit more of the modern thrash sound but maintaining the melodic aspects, very well done for a first effort and a must listen as far as i am concerned for any fan of the genre, let the metal flow \m/\m/
CD UPGRADE!!! Favorite track: Cast Down... Cast Out.

Peeps Bucket This is an insanely good album. It captures the raging intensity of 80s thrash metal and presents it in a melo-death format. Voices of Ruin are able to accomplish this fusion better than any other band that I know of. Favorite track: This Hell.
